The quality and comfort of staying in an old hotel isn't the typical travelers idea of a vacation. Many travelers coming to Southern Utah have found they can lease a local condo that is fully furnished, almost brand new, have three times as much space, and sleep up to 6 people with no additional charge. We have also found that many travelers prefer to eat a simple breakfast such as cereal or toast rather than eating out 3 meals a day.

- We are a small resort which allows for less traffic and better access to resort amenities .
- All rental units in the project are managed by Pelican Hills Resort. All furniture, appliances, cookware, silverware, beds, bedding, etc. are NEW and not taken from a private owner's old storage unit as you will often see with other rental units in St. George. Our units have been in service since April of 2008 which means you'll never get a unit more than a few months old! .
- No "Guest & Other Fees": resorts often promote low rates and then add on 7% service fee and additional guest fees when you check-out. Our rates are clearly posted and NO GUEST FEES or other fees are added during checkout."
